What happens after the eight weeks?

Membership continues at £24.99 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and challenge entries can be added whenever you want one. We state this here rather than surprising you at checkout.

How are the prize winners chosen?

Winners are chosen by judging the transformation achieved from each entrant's own starting point — a judged competition based on your transformation, not a prize draw or game of chance. You are not competing against people with a different starting body. Full criteria are in the competition terms.

How do I claim the refund if I don't see a change?

Complete the programme, submit your starting and finishing photos and measurements within the challenge window, and if you have not changed, contact us for a full refund. Completing and submitting is the only condition.

Do I need the app? Which phones does it work on?

Yes, the programme runs through the 8WTC app. It is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. Your training plan, macros, tracking and check-ins all live there.

Can I join after the start date?

Each challenge has two start dates: Monday 26 October and Monday 26 October. Once enrolment for a cohort closes you cannot join it, because everyone needs the full eight weeks to be judged fairly. If both have closed you can join the waitlist and we will tell you the moment the next challenge opens.

Is this suitable if I have a medical condition?

Speak to your doctor before starting this or any weight-loss or exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication. We are not able to give medical advice and the programme is not a substitute for it.

What data do you collect and what do you do with it?

To join the waitlist we ask only for your email address. If you enter the challenge we collect what the programme needs to work, such as your progress photos and measurements. Your health and body data stays in our own systems and is never shared with advertising platforms. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data.

What makes this different to other fitness challenges?

Does anything renew automatically?

A challenge entry is a one-off £149.99 — it never renews. Membership bills £24.99 monthly and Unlimited bills £349.99 yearly until you cancel, which you can do in the app at any time. We state this here rather than surprising you at checkout.

8 Week Challenge

By entering The Challenge, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Completion and submission of the payment form will be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Participation In The Challenge

Participants must be aged 18 or over only.
The Challenge starts on the 26th October 2026. Entry is open until 26th October 2026.
The Challenge will finish on the 20th December 2026 at 23:59 (GMT). All final videos and photos must be submitted by this time. Any entries received outside of this time will receive all the materials but will not be considered to participate and win the challenge prize.
All participants have the same 8 week time frame to submit their result. The 8 weeks begins on the 26th October 2026. Participants must submit their 'before picture' (which will be date verified) on the 25th October 2026.
We will let all participants know how to submit their before pictures, and how to verify these, so the competition is fair.
To enter you must complete and submit the payment form available at https://join.8wtc.com/.
The information submitted after the payment form by the participant must be accurate as this will be used to create the most efficient plan (date of birth, gender, weight and body fat percentage).

Winners & Prizes

There will be two (2) cash prize winners: one (1) male winner and one (1) female winner. Category is determined by the gender stated by the participant on the entry form.
There is no exact criteria for what is considered the winner. For example, it is not a weight loss competition. The winners will not necessarily be the participants who have lost the most weight.
The winners will be selected by The Transformation Challenge FZC, based on who we feel has worked the hardest for their result. There will be no prizes for any other participants.
The winners of the 8 Week Transformation Challenge will be selected at the sole discretion of The Transformation Challenge FZC based on the criteria outlined for the challenge. All decisions regarding winner selection are final, binding, and not subject to appeal, dispute or negotiation. By participating in the challenge, participants agree to accept the organiser's decision as conclusive.
The prize pool is a cash prize of £10,000.00 only, split between the two winners as follows:
- Male winner: £5,000.00 GBP
- Female winner: £5,000.00 GBP
If there are insufficient eligible entries or eligible results in either category, we reserve the right to award both prizes at our sole discretion.
If a winner lives in a country with a different currency to GBP, the prize money will be exchanged based on the exchange rate on the day of the transfer, and sent to the winner in their local currency.
Prizes are as stated and are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
Winners are responsible for paying all associated costs that are not specifically stated in any Challenge materials or these Terms & Conditions, including (where applicable) transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals. Winners are also personally responsible for any personal or incidental expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities incurred in claiming or using the prize.
In the event that, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to award the prize as described in these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to award a prize of similar nature and an equivalent value, or at our sole discretion, the cash value of the prize.

Winner Announcement & Claiming Of Prize

Winners will be notified by email or using the other contact details provided within 21 days after The Challenge has ended. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to choose another winner from the valid and correct entries that were participating in The Challenge. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable prize within 7 days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, or the winner refuses or is unable to provide an eligible postal address for receipt of their prize, we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.

Data Protection & Publicity

Participants' names and general locations will be published or made publicly available if they are a winner of The Challenge in accordance with regulatory requirements. In such circumstances, The Challenge may also make free use of this information and the participants' photographs for publicity and news purposes, both during this and future promotions by The Challenge. This includes making their name available on the website and social media platforms.

General

The Challenge decision is final and binding on the participants. No correspondence will be entered into.
If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when participating in the Challenge, their entry will be void.
The Challenge reserves the right to require participants to prove that they are eligible. If a winner is found to be ineligible, The Challenge reserves the right to award their prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.
Participants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk. Save where it has been negligent, The Challenge will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants' entry into the challenge or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit a participant's ability to participate in the challenge. The Challenge will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unreadable entries. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by The Challenge of any entries. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit The Challenge's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law.
The Challenge reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede The Challenge (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, The Challenge is not capable of being conducted as specified. In the event of a printing or other error resulting in there being more winners than prizes for The Challenge, the Promoter reserves the right to (a) declare as void any claims or entries resulting from such printing or other error; and/or (b) allocate the available prizes through a further draw or to divide the prizes or the value of the prizes between the winners of The Challenge.
Any participant who enters or attempts to enter The Challenge in a manner which in The Challenge's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of The Challenge, cheating, using performance enhancing drugs, using photo editing software, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or The Challenge and/or any of its agents or representatives), may be rejected from The Challenge at the Promoter's sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired The Challenge, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to The Challenge as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions.
As some participants of The Challenge may not implement everything that we suggest, we cannot guarantee results. Results will vary. Results are based on individual circumstances.
Timeframes for results are not guaranteed.
You must consult with your medical or health professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
We are not medical professionals.
Any form of exercise can cause injury. It is possible you may injure yourself while participating in The Challenge. We are not liable for any injuries or damages suffered.
If you choose to participate and follow any exercise program, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities.
The Transformation Challenge FZC does not provide refunds for their services.
